Live operators watch your community's cameras around the clock, track deliveries as they arrive, and speak through on-site speakers the moment someone does not belong near the package room.
Track deliveries, prevent package theft, resolve package mix-ups and control who enters the package room, watched live rather than reviewed after the fact.
Control access, log visitors, manage the lobby and oversee stairwells, rooftops, elevators and common areas with real operators on the feed.
Keep eyes on stairwells, elevators and rooftops and make sure property rules are kept, from rooftop gatherings to smoking and illegal dumping.
Founded in 2017, Monitex runs a multi-level failsafe system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year: fully insured, customizable and staffed by people who warn intruders off by loudspeaker, notify management, dispatch law enforcement and guide police to the exact location.
Tell us about your community and we will assess it, quote it, and sync with the cameras you already have.
